Honestly, if I was you, I wouldn’t have responded with the email that you did send. Because up to that point, he was steady harassing you for “non payment” when you were still well within eBay’s payment policy. Even if he did contact a lawyer and try to sue or anything, there’s no grounds to claim you were harassing him, when in fact it was the other way around. All in all, it’s good that he apologized. It’s an interesting story. I’ve had similar situations where people were impatient because I wasn’t responding or accepting an offer as quickly as they wanted me to.

Man, I miss the Blades dash. It was so quick, simple, and clean. Also, the Xbox Live profile with 0 Gamerscore on the one Xbox might've just been there to access streaming apps. I don't rightly recall, but it might've been necessary to enable the system-wide parental controls as well. Eh. My console has had a Xbox Live profile on it since I got it, so I don't have the greatest reference point there. 🙂 On a final note, that blue one looked sweet. It would've looked nicer had someone not attempted the paint job though. 😞

This reminds me of the time my internet went out after my Apple Watch sold on Ebay. Guy had paid, no other contact, all seemed well. So as you do I printed the shipping label, prepped the package and went to bed. Wake up the next day, to a guy who clearly was either not smart with money, or possibly trying to do the pull a fast one scam, blaming me for "not having enough money to take care of his newborn." No kind message asking to cancel, nothing, just straight to drama. I'm really glad I overslept that day because he really did seem to be banking on the fact he was gonna force a refund after I shipped out his ($200+) order. People suck man. The hilarious part is that watch had been on local classifieds, Ebay, etc, and literally every single time I had a buyer they tried to scam me. After it collected enough dust I decided it was cursed and just gave it to my brother who was in the market for one.

There literally is a button to select that says seller pay immediately. I think its buy it now but still use the dam thing, if your going to harass your buyers otherwise.

This reminds me of a problem seller I had a few years ago. I bought a laserdisc from him. It was misaddressed and I went through hell and high water to retrieve the package after it was located at the post office, who was about to send it back. The seller was not willing to help me in fixing the problem and claimed he addressed it correctly and sent me a picture he claimed was of the package as it was allegedly sent. I got the package finally and it looked nothing like it did in the picture. It clearly wasn’t addressed correctly. This was during the early days of the COVID Pandemic and the stay-at-home orders. I risked my health to go get this package, and his lack of health got him a negative feedback, which set him off big time. He blew up my EBay messages and my account and claimed I was “delusional” and a liar. I blocked his phone and the calls stopped and he blocked me on EBay. For days after he was harassing me say “by blocking me you’re missing out on all my sales because of your lies”.. I finally went to EBay customer support via Twitter and reported him. He also left a follow up to his positive feedback about how “delusional” I was. I reported his comment and EBay removed it. This guy is still doing business.
